Celebrate Mother’s Day while channeling your inner florists together. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create a sculptural floral arrangement while exploring balance, line, and space through a modern, interpretive approach.

Perfect for a mother-daughter date, or a quiet, creative moment shared with someone you love. You’re equally welcome to join solo - designed to slow down, reconnect, and create something beautiful together.

Workshop highlights:

  • A mindful, ikebana-inspired approach: Create a floral composition guided by balance, form, and restraint 
  • Seasonal, curated flowers: Choose from a curated and intentional selection of fresh flowers or dried flowers in a special Mother's day colour palette
  • Creative expression: Channel your inner florist and design an arrangement that feels personal, sculptural, and intentional
  • Complimentary Treats: Enjoy snacks and light refreshments -  a little extra nourishment as your create
  • All-Inclusive: We provide all materials and tools including a ceramic vase. You're welcome to bring your own floral clippers, but it's not required.

This workshop is open to all skill levels.

A couple friendly reminders: 

  • Workshop will start on time
  • All workshops are non-refundable
  • If you can’t make the workshop, you can transfer to another person. We’ll need at least 48 hours notice - just email us!
  • riya blooms reserve the right to cancel the workshop and refund you in full if the class is less than 3 participants (48 hours notice)
